Islamabad:`Mumbai attacks` mastermind Hafiz Muhammad Saeed has reportedly accused the United States and India of trying to hamper his efforts to help victims of Pakistan’s earthquake.

Saeed, who has a 10 million dollars bounty on his head, said joint U.S.-Indian efforts were blocking funds for his Jamatud Dawa (JD) organisation with an aim to stop its relief work in Balochistan, the Daily Times reports.

The statement comes after the U.S. and India agreed on Sunday to build-up cooperation to prevent the financing of Pakistan- linked extremist movements, including JuD and LeT.

However, JD has continuously denied terror accusations, and claimed its charity work in Pakistan has brought relief to hundreds of victims of floods and earthquake.

The 7.7-magnitude earthquake in Balochistan on September 24 killed more than 370 people and left more than 100,000 homeless.
