New Delhi: A 39-year-old man committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree at Delhi’s iconic Vijay Chowk on Thursday morning.
Sources say that a 30-page suicide note has also been recovered from the deceased individual. The said person, who has been identified as Ram Dayal Verma, hails from Madhya Pradesh’s Shivpur region.
His body has been sent to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for further examination. The circumstances that led Verma to take such a drastic step is yet to be ascertained.
