Barabanki: In a shocking incident, a seven-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a minor at Buxanpur village here, police said today.
Last Monday, when the girl went to the roof of her house to collect clothes, the 11-year-old boy, who was at the
adjacent terrace allegedly raped her, they said.
An FIR in this connection was lodged yesterday as the victim’s father was out of station, police said.
The girl has been sent for medical examination and efforts are on to nab the absconding accused, they added.
