Since the release Gully Boy is winning heats across the world, directed by Zoya Akhtar the movie inspired by the lives of Mumbai street rappers Vivian Fernandes aka Divine and Naved Shaikh aka Naezy is blowing up the box office, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt-starrer has now crossed the 100 crore mark on Day 8 of its release. The film has now made a total of Rs. 100.30 crore.
The movie also introduces Siddhant Chaturvedi as MC Sher who has been talks after his fantastic performance in Gully Boy. The friendship of MC Sher and Ranveer Singh’s Murad is one of the best things in the movie, and according to social media, people have begun to look for a friend like MC Sher. Food delivery giant Zomato who are known to have pop culture reference in their tweets, shared a meme that was about MC Sher amongst various other things.
