We don’t even need to inform you about the madness that Rajinikanth fans possess for their superstar. Now as 2.0 is gearing up for release, fans of Rajinikanth are leaving no stone unturned to make sure that the film is released in a larger than life manner.
Apparently New screens, 68-ft cutout, chariot ride between theatres are planned on the eve of 2.0 release at Matunga’s Aurora Talkies which is known for the most fervent celebration spots of Thalaiva’s films.
Although, the first show starts at 6 a.m, fans will be gathering around the theatre at 4. a.m. The fans will be greeted by larger-than-life cutout of Rajinikanth at the entrance of the gate. After the first show is over, a pooja will be conducted for the success of the film and sweets will be distributed with the fans bursting fire crackers.
Adlin Arul, secretary of the women’s wing of Dharavi-based Rajinikanth Fans welfare association informed Mumbai Mirror that a smaller cutout placed inside a chariot will travel from Arora to IMAX Wadala, where the film’s second show begins at 7 a.m
A 30-ft garland has also been ordered for the 68-ft Rajini to which fans will pay obeisance on Thursday. Such rage for a Rajinikanth film is not new as earlier too fans of the south superstar had done unexpected and insane things to celebrate their superstar’s film.
