Actor Ali Fazal who was recently shooting for Prakash Raj directorial TADKA opposite Taapsee Paanu in Goa faced a horrible experience by the ground staff of GoAir at the Goa Airport while travelling back to Mumbai. According to a fellow passenger, the problem arose when Ali landed at a wrong gate within the airport and he was then guided to another gate and the staff present there instead of helping him treated him in a very impolite manner.
All annoyed Ali said that he wasn’t given any instructions and that the way the staff behaved with him was not acceptable. They made him board a wrong flight to Bangalore but somehow he managed to get in his Mumbai flight at time.
He told us about how one crew member Civia D’Souza went to the extent of calling him names and spoke very inhumanly to him. Ali added by saying that it’s because of us passengers travelling in flights they generate income and instead of them helping and guiding us they were being so harsh.
Ali later took to twitter to bring the issue to the airline’s notice to make them aware about the disrespectful nature shown by the airport staff. Ali was later also quoted saying that it was a very unpleasant experience and that he has been traveling on the Goa flight frequently and has never ever experienced such an incident. But he told that staff was quick enough to get in touch with him and told him to send the mail regarding the inconvenience caused by the staff to him which he has already send to them.
