Buzz is that during the auditions of Zee TV’s multi-city tour in search of happy souls who dance ‘direct dil se’ – on ‘Dil Se Naachein Indiawaale’ – Deepika was left impressed by a group of senior citizens’ wit and charm during the show.

During the Mumbai auditions, amongst many dance enthusiasts, a group of eight senior citizens named The Bold & The Beautiful from a laughter club left the show’s panelists surprised with their dance. Not only did they receive a standing ovation from all the celebrity panelists and live audience, one of the senior most members of the group – Vinod, floored Deepika too!

According to a statement, Vinod revealed that it has been his wish to dance with the actress since his “childhood”. He had said, “Meri umar hai pachpan, par mujh mein abhi bhi hai bachpan”. Listening to this cute message, Deepika agreed to dance with him on her favourite song ‘Balam pichkari’ and was floored by seeing Vinod’s high energy levels when they shook a leg together!
