What’s different about Bigg Boss?

One of the most controversial reality shows is back, and the host gives us an insight into what one can expect this time around.

What’s different about Bigg Boss?

It’s bigger! It’s better! It’s back! Bollywood’s emissary of style and panache, ‘dost’ and host of masses and classes Salman Khan kept saying, “‘Bigg Boss Season 6’ alag chhe! It is not in Gujarati but it is for Indians in the ‘rashtrabhasha’, Hindi. Also, it is a positive show minus all the negativity that was earlier the life of the ‘Bigg Boss’ family.” How will the show garner TRPs then? “That’s it! A family show with a pinch of reality and with different stories of the participants will surely bring in a different charm to the show,” says Sallu.

The only difference that we noticed was a fish and a parrot. “Yes, the parrot and the fish will also have a ‘ladaayi jhagda’ with a new entrant, their saviour, a ‘bandar’,” Sallu says with a laugh.” He goes on to add, “The makers have already taken all permissions from PETA.”

Sallu is not recommending anybody, “If I recommend someone my reputation will be affected. I won’t be biased and partial to anybody. I am told right on the last day who is going into the Bigg Boss House.

Salman has never interfered in the earlier shows either. “I did get feedback that I interfered while selecting and rejecting the participants. However, I never interfered earlier and will not be selecting or removing participants now. I felt bad. As a host I was not supposed to interfere. I hope it will not happen again. I wouldn’t want to go into the House again. I just want to be the host and enjoy the show from outside. We don’t know how they will behave. We will do our best to see that the personalities who go on the show will be light hearted. If they have a history we will see to it that they sort out their problems before entering the House,” he added.

Since we are talking of ‘Bigg Boss’ taking over a family slot, we quiz Salman on who will make his family complete? “Oh! I can say, ‘I love you baby!'” he says cryptically, refusing to even specify who is the ‘baby’ he loves!

Audiences will need to wait and watch ‘shu alag 6’ because the crowd present at the press meet failed to find any ‘alag’ element in spite of Sallu participating live. What was noted was that the press was restricted from posing any queries since they were not provided with a mike!
