For Varun, entertaining the audience comes on the top of the list as he believes in earning people’ appreciation rather than earning money and fame. “Money and fame don’t feature in my list but entertaining the audience is more important to me. I have seen my father getting fame and money but like my father I also strive for audience appreciation more. I am not here to prove myself to any individual in the industry.
“My biggest priority is love and acceptance of the audience. I would prefer to entertain my audience with different kinds of roles rather than boring them with one kind of cinema. Many times I find girls screaming and running behind me but this is more due to the film than me.
“The day my films stop getting good response all these will also vanish. But I am glad that people are liking me and my films. I did this film for emotional reasons rather than commercial.
“This is my dad’s 43rd film and my second and he is very professional on the sets. It’s a blessing for me to work with an established director like him in the early stages of my career,” said Varun.
Varun has a vast following among the female fan brigade and right after ‘Main Tera Hero’, he would be seen in ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya’ with Alia Bhatt. And for all those girls, who are gaga over Dhawan Junior, there is much more of him for you to see in this coming year.
Talking about his love life, Varun accepted that he would never date any actress from the industry ever. “I know we are in a profession where our personal life is always in the limelight. All I would like to say is that I would never date an actress,” clarified Varun.
