She says it was not easy to take a full-on punch from professional boxers during the shoot. Directed-produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, “Mary Kom” shows Kom’s journey from an athlete to a boxer, opposition faced by her father to take up the sport as a profession, training with men, her fearless nature, marriage and so-called end of her boxing career. Given the national interest, ‘Mary Kom’ was declared tax-free in Uttar Pradesh, Maharshtra, Manipur.
Fashion was released in the year 2008. Fashion was based on real-life stories from the glamour-clad modelling world. Priyanka Chopra essayed the lead role as Meghna Mathur. She was a fashion model in the movie. Fashion also explores feminism and female power in Indian fashion. Agneepath is directed by Karan Johar. The movie stars Hrithik Roshan as a Vijay Deenanath Chauhan, Sanjay Dutta as a Kancha. Priyanka as Kaali Gawde is a love interest of Vijay Deenanath Chauhan. The film follows the struggle of a common man, Vijay Chauhan, as he seeks revenge from Kancha, for wrongly framing and murdering his father in the island village of Mandwa.
