Actor Saumya Tandon known for her character as Anita Bhabhi for Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain has shocked her fans with her quick and healthy transformation post childbirth. The new mom has been sharing her transformation journey with her fans on social media.
Saumya post birth of son, Miran has lost 9 kgs with the help of a healthy lifestyle and routine exercise. The actor recently started practicing aerial yoga and shared her picture with the caption, “Ariel yoga, my first class.”
In the shared videos, she can be seen working out with weights, doing Pilates and yoga. Take a look:
Saumya during an interview with HT had said she is aware of her long journey but hasn’t gotten back in shape. “My mid-back was hurting a lot as breast feeding 10 to 12 times a day was quite exhausting. Sitting with the baby for half an hour every time to feed him, gave me backaches and neck aches too. I am taking baby steps with my exercise regimen.”
She added, “I have been consistent with my workouts rather than doing too much right now. I would recommend exercise to every woman post-delivery and not just celebrities.”
Saumyaa nd Saurabh Devendra Singh got married in 2016 and welcomed Miran in January 2019. She is said to join the sets of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain as Anita soon.
