Rs 250 Crore! Check out Deepika’s reaction to Sabyasachi’s business turnover in 2019

Deepika Padukone recently attended a session with designer Sabyasachi for a podcast with The Business of Fashion. During the introductions, host Imran Amed talked about the growing Indian wedding market and how the recent celebrity influence of Sabyasachi’s brand had sky rocketed the company’s turnover to Rs. 250 crore.

A video circulating on social media from the event in Mumbai shows Deepika in a stunning bright yellow dress as she is shocked as Sabyasachi’s 2019 turnover is are being discussed. Other than Deepika, Priyanka was also a Sabyasachi bride as she got married to Nick Jonas in Jodhpur.

The actors showcasing Sabyasachi pieces at events had helped built a luxury brand that’s set to generate $35 million in revenue in 2019, said host Imran Amed. Take a look:
