Best known for numerous TV serials and films like Fashion, Shootout At Lokhandwala and LOC Kargil to name a few, actor Rohit Roy will soon be in the directorial mode. In fact, it is heard that Rohit will be helming a yet untitled venture that will be produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Commenting on the same a source close to the project adds, “Yes Rohit will be turning director with a film that is produced by SLB. However, it is still too early to talk about it.” There is also a buzz that Abhay Deol might star in the film. When quizzed about Abhay Deol top lining the cast, the source denies the same saying, “As of now, just the scripting has been completed. As for Abhay Deol featuring in the film, we cannot confirm anything yet since we are still in the process of locking the cast.”
When further prodded for details, the source adds, “If all goes as per plan, the cast should be locked in the coming months, post which we expect to go on floor with the film in the first quarter of 2016.”
