Priyanka Chopra’s friendship with Meghan Markle is in trouble, according to reports in Page Six. Priyanka attended Meghan’s wedding, while in return Priyanka was expecting Meghan to attend her marriage but due to some reason the Duchess of Sussex gave it a miss and this left PC devastated, the report further claims. However, now Priyanka didn’t attend Meghan’s baby shower which was jointly hosted by Serena Williams and Amal Clooney.
The report also says that while Priyanka was busy with her prior commitments, the real reason is said to be Meghan’s no show at her wedding which hurt her feelings. However, according to a report in US weekly, Meghan didn’t attend Priyanka’s wedding due to pregnancy.
Unwrapping further details about the trouble in Priyanka and Meghan’s friendship, a source told Page Six, “Their friendship is over unless Meghan apologizes. Priyanka is a huge international star with a tremendous social media following. She is probably more famous worldwide than Meghan is. She feels Meghan didn’t respect her, and didn’t respect their friendship.”
When Page Six tried to contact Priyanka Chopra’s spokesperson they decided not to comment but a source revealed that these are all rumours and everything is well between the two friends. “There are no issues between the two women. They are friends, and anything you’re being told otherwise is inaccurate and untrue,” a source close to Priyanka told the website.
