It was a weekend full of celebration and parties as Priyanka Chopra and Hollywood sensation Nick Jonas made their engagement official with traditional roka ceremony. After popping up the marriage question on her birthday in July, Nick and Priyanka finally made their official announcement on August after the ceremony. Nick Jonas arrived in India on Thursday night with his parents Kevin Jonas Sr and Denise Jonas for the ceremony which was followed by engagement bash.
As one could see the top-notch arrangements, it turned out that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ engagement ceremony was organized by Wedding planners from Shaadi Squad. These are the planners who were responsible for Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli’s dreamy Tuscany wedding. They had organized their entire wedding in Italy and it was one wedding to remember.
Keeping the PeeCee – Nick’s ceremony as dreamy and intimate as possible, the Shaadi Squad duo could not be more happy to be a part of their important day. They shared a photograph with Nick and Priyanka and wrote, “Beautiful – inside and out! Elated to have been part of this super couple’s story! Seeing the love and happiness they had in announcing their relationship to the world made this even more special for us! Last night, Nick Jonas and his parents were seen at the airport heading back to New York after three day stay in Mumbai. After a date night, roka ceremony, engagement bash and visiting an orphanage, it was time to bid adieu to India. He smiled for the paparazzi as they headed inside the airport. He even waved at the shutterbugs from inside the airport as he headed to catch his flight to NYC. It is rumoured that the couple might get married soon. Many reports have suggested that Priyanka and Nick want an October wedding. Now, one can only wait for official announcement.
