On Monday, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ dinner party was interrupted by Mumbai Police. Reportedly, after the arrival of Nick’s brother Joe Jonas and sister-in-law, Sophie Turner, Priyanka along with sister Parineeti, actress Alia Bhatt, Srishti Behl Arya, writer Mushtaq Sheikh and other friends had gone for a dinner party at a restaurant in Juhu. After learning about Priyanka and Nick’s presence, fans and paparazzi crowded the area and created chaos late night. Hence, residents called up Mumbai police to handle the crowd.
An official from the Santacruz Police told Mumbai Mirror that the cops reached the location at around 1.20 am. “We then intimated the restaurant authorities about the timing guidelines that required them to shut shop by 1.30 am, which they did.” Notably, Priyanka and her friends cooperated with cops and wind up their celebration soon.
Meanwhile, the duo is getting married on December 2 and 3 in two different ceremonies. One will as per Christian rituals and the same will be followed by a Hindu wedding ceremony. The pre-wedding ceremonies will start off from November 29 with Mehendi and Sangeet. A Haldi ceremony will be held on November 30 and it will be followed by a cocktail party for family and friends, the next day. All the occasions will be held at the grand and royal Umaid Bhawan Palace at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
