While some people are blessed with absolutely perfect bods, others have undergone some seriously intense exercise routines before they could flaunt a fit and near perfect body. When famous RJ Malishka started working out, it was during her brief stint in JHALAK DIKHLA JAA. She needed that flexibility in her body and the dance routines along with the workout blended in well for her.
Interestingly, it was none other then actress Neetu Chandra who is also now a brand ambassador of Martial arts Taekwondo in India, who encouraged her to shed of her weight and also inspired her by her fitness. Now, almost after so many months, she has lost enough weight to sport shorts this summer. Commenting on this Malishka says, “I am thankful Neetu Chandra, I do this everyday. Well almost everyday. I go to the gym and walk and do Pilates and yoga. Only bleeding hard work will get you there. That and Oh! You HAVE TO ZIP YOUR MOUTH. And you need a powerhouse mom who carefully packs exactly what and how much you get to eat, You must want to feel what Deepika Padukone does when she looks at her slender arms, or want the fitness of a Mary Kom or just want to wear shorts in the summers.”
She also owes it to her mummy dearest, who happens to be a strict disciplinarian and would keep her diet in check!
