After the first teaser, Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi is out with its first trailer. Voiced by Amitabh Bachchan, the three minute reel indeed gives glimpses of several action sequences featuring Kangana fighting the soldiers of the British Empire.

Manikarnika, is based on the story of Queen of Jhansi, Rani Laxmibai who fought the British during 1857. The movie will focus on her trajectory of young girl, marriage to the ruler of Jhansi, a mother and a warrior.
Other than Kangana, the film also features Ankita Lokhande as Jhalkaribai, Atul Kulkarni as Tatya Tope and Danny Dengzopa as Ghulam Ghaus Khan. Directed by Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi and Kangana Ranaut the movie will release on 25th January, 2019.
