The one actor-director collaboration which we are dying to see on big screen is that of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. It’s a known fact that Kareena was supposed to star both in RamLeela and Bajirao Mastani but opted out of it at the last moment, which started the rumour of cold-war between Bhansali and Kareena. However all’s well that ends well as Kareena is now ready to work with Bhansali but only on one condition which is related to her son Taimur.
Apparently Kareena while talking to DNA, was asked what’s the one thing which she hasn’t achieved yet, to which the actress stated that she wants to work with Bhansali but only when Taimur is 10 years old. She said, “Maybe a movie with Sanjay Leela Bhansali (laughs). But for that, Taimur has to be at least 10 years old because I can’t leave him before that. That’s the joke between Sanjay and me that we are star-crossed lovers (smiles).”
Although we would have loved to see Kareena donning the roles of Leela and Mastani we are glad that she didn’t starred in the movie as it was because of Kareena’s exit that Deepika bagged the role and also met her husband Ranveer Singh. Destiny Indeed!
