Actress Kangana Ranaut always expressed her desire to do something more than acting and finally the girl has made a New Year’s resolution to learn something new. She recently left for New York to pursue her new found interest – writing.
The actress, who was studying Science, had dropped out of college in order to pursue her acting dreams, but now she is keen to go back and learn script writing. Kangana has apparently enrolled herself at the New York Film School for a month-long course in film writing.
Of late, Kangana has been quite kicked about doing some film writing. She has even penned some of the dialogues for her upcoming film – ‘Queen’, directed by Vikas Bahl. Kangana plays a small town girl in the film and, as she herself hails from a small town in Manali, she could relate to the character which helped the dialogues flow effortlessly.
Kangana intends to finish her course in early February and return well in time for the promotion of her film, ‘Queen’.
