With the growing number of atrocities on women, actress Isha Koppikar has decided to take an initiative and help girls to defend themselves in a hand-to-hand combat. “Given girls are generally the ‘weaker’ sex as they are often called, a Korean form of martial arts called Hapiko is extremely efficient form of combat that requires minimum strength and yet, is very effective in defending against any sort of attack,” quipped the actress who herself has learnt the art for one of her upcoming films, and felt it would help the girls to know this form of self-defence.
“See an ideal world would be where girls are safe and can travel where they please but till it happens it is best to prepare for the worst,” said Isha who hopes that the world becomes a better place but till then it is best to be prepared.
