Kunal Kamra Controversy

Kunal Kamra made it to the headlines last month after one of his gigs went viral on social media. In the video, he was seen taking a dig at a minister and called him ‘Gaddar’. While he didn’t mention anyone’s name in it, Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena party members vandalised The Habitat in Khar, Mumbai where the show was organised. Later, FIR was filed against Kamra and he was summoned by Mumbai Police.

Kunal Kamra Won't Apologise

After his video went viral and The Habitat was vandalised, Kamra had shared a long statement on social media in which he had stated that he won't apologise. He had written, "I will not apologise. What I said is exactly what Mr. Ajit Pawar (1st deputy CM) said about Mr. Eknath Shinde (2nd Deputy CM). I don't fear this mob & I will not be hiding under my bed, waiting for this to die down."
