Starting his career on a villainous note with ‘Baazigar’, SRK still can’t believe how quickly the audience accepted his lover boy image!
“I remember when I entered Bollywood and I agreed to do this film, people thought why on earth is he doing this film. People assumed I have no looks to be in the Bollywood. I think over the years I have turned handsome. But today when I look back I feel very happy for having believed in myself and have done this film. Also, Abbas Mustan having trusted me feels great. I just can’t believe beginning with villainous character how one fine day I turned the lover boy for all?” shares King Khan.
“Young girls look at me as their lover boy Rahul and Raj in films and fall for me. This feels great. Also I feel shy about it. However, they like me merely because every girl looks forward to fall in love with a decent guy like Rahul and Raj who respects women in every way,” shares SRK about the ‘mantra’ to being the onscreen lover boy.
Recently on Twitter, SRK posted, “And yes, 20 years of ‘Baazigar’. Thanks Abbas Mustan, Kajol, Shilpa and Rakhiji. ‘Abhi bhi haarkar jeetne wale ko Baazigar kehte hain’(Even now the person who wins by loosing is called a ‘Baazigar’). ”
