With more and more Bollywood celebs joining hands in support of Tanushree Dutta, the recent addition is of Anushka Sharma. The actress who was present at the ‘Sui Dhaaga’ success press conference gave her opinion on the scorching issue that has created an uproar in the film fraternity.
Anushka states that in the process of finding out the truth many involve in assassinating the character of an individual. “Not just as a women even as an individual your workplace should always be a safest place after your home. It takes a lot of courage what Tanushree has done. She knew what will be the circumstances still she choose to speak up. Obviously this is the legal matter and truth will definition come out one day but all I request is to not give value judgement, do not do character analysation,” she said
The actress further went on to speak on how the media is playing up the issue by conducting an unnecessary trial further disrespecting the individuals in question. “At least hear her, respect her. Even media is posting morphed pictures. Don’t do that. It’s also media’s responsibility. And please don’t ask questions such as why after so many years. If justice is not been served it can happen anytime,” the actor added.
The entire team of Sui Dhaaga was present at the conference, wherein Anushka took a stand to address the ongoing issue. For those uninitiated, Tanushree has alleged veteran actor Nana Patekar of harassment on the sets of 2008 film ‘Horn OK Pleassss’.
