Bollywood’s super-star, and now also of ‘Quantico’ a American TV series and TIME 100 honoree – desi girl Priyanka Chopra today turns 34. She was born in Jamshedpur (Bihar). She was the winner of the Miss World Pageant 2000 and today is one of highest paid actress in Bollywood. She has also received numerous National Film Awards, Filmfare Awards and People’s Choice Awards.
Priyanka Chopra started her Bollywood debut in the year 2003 with ‘The Hero: Love story of the spy’. and than give hit movies like ‘Dostana’, ‘Gunday’, ‘Don’, ‘Fashion’, ‘Goliyon Ki Leela Rasleela’, ‘Krrish’ and many more.
After powerful performance in Bollywood films ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and ‘Mary Kom’ she further scaled the spotlight by debuting in American TV series ‘Quantico’ and ‘Baywatch’.
Priyanka Chopra and her cast mates Yasmine Elmasri, Jake McLaughlin, Johanna Brady among others are set to commence the shooting. This season of ‘Quantico’ will revolve around Alex Parrish’s decision to move to another FBI department and it will based in New York City. The show will premiere on September 25.
The first season of ‘Quantico’ was extended by nine episodes, it has been dubbed in 44 languages, and a second season has been commissioned. ‘Baywatch’ will releasing next year.
In year 2012, Priyanka Chopra also popularly known as PeeCee came out with her international debut album ‘In My City’ got more than 22 millions views.

Priyanka Chopra received Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation’s Best Actress of the Year award. This would be Priyanka’s second award from the Foundation after she received her first award for Most Memorable Performance for 2011 film ‘Saath Khoon Maaf’.
The Dadasaheb Film Foundation will honour the ‘Fashion’ actor with Best Actress of the Year award on the occasion of 147th Dadasaheb Phalke Jayanti.
