Alia Bhatt who has managed to take the industry by storm with hits one after the other will be turning 26 today. The audience is still in awe with Alia’s character in Gully boy the actress is ready to drop two more films this year.
The first one to be will be Karan Johar’s period drama, ‘Kalank’ in April while second will be the ground breaking fantasy trilogy ‘Brahmastra’s first chapter in December.
As much as Alia is used to be known as the Meme Queen, she is now known for her effortless style and her smart film choices. She was even named as the Style Icon of the year back in 2017 by IFFA. The actress also became part of the StyleCraker, a personalized styling platform. She recently collaborated with the company for a Ninja-nari special for women’s day.

Alia is also set to make her South film debut, with the critically-acclaimed director and south superstars Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the upcoming film, ‘RRR’.
In a statement the actress confirmed she will begin shooting in a month’s time, she added, “Working with Rajamouli sir is a big tick off my bucket list. Also to be alongside Ram Charan and Jr NTR is an absolute honour. I am very excited about this experience and also working in the south for the first time.”
One of the other projects in her kitty include father Mahesh Bhatt’s multi starrer, ‘Sadak 2’ in which she will be seen joining sister Pooja Bhatt for the first time.
