Kangana Ranaut is not on any social networking site and still cannot wrap her head around the idea. “Why would I talk to strangers?” is her flabbergasted reaction!

She also makes a valid point that these are not the only platforms to socialise. She avers that as an actress, she finds it strange to get onto a site and write to a fellow colleague, asking if they can be friends! Life as an actress can get cocooned and lonely, she admits.
Stars are often confined to their make-up rooms, talking to their managers and publicists, and occasionally to journalists. Otherwise, when making public appearances, stars are surrounded by their bodyguards, she says. This unnatural situation keeps you away from genuine friends, she feels, creating the loneliness.
The quirky lass admits that even when she goes to film function, she ends up feeling like an outsider. She feels she is constantly judged and looked at. She finds herself clueless about who to talk to and how much to talk. Everything being so calculated, she vouches, is the reason why she shies away from socialising.
The stunning but single Kangana strikes one more nail in her criticism of social media , when she declares that she does not need social networking sites to find her man. “I still have my senses intact!” she retorts. Who could argue with that?!
