London: Actress Diane Keaton has renovated 12 houses in 25 years in a bid to find her “dream” home.
The 69-year-old actress says her quest to find the perfect base seems unending, reported Femalefirst.
“I’ve always been looking for home. I feel like I’ve chased the concept of home with all the renovations and building I’ve done in my life, and I can’t stop. I can’t seem to stop having the dream of it.”
The “Annie Hall” actress – who is a single parent to adopted children Dexter, 20, and 15-year-old Duke – says her mother’s death had a profound effect on her and changed her outlook on life.
“When I think about my life now, I try to be in the moment, cherish people I love and not be in pursuit of some abstract concept.”
