For those unaware, Anmol who is also an acid survivor is an Instagram sensation. She has snot only starred in a short film, Aunty Ji, with Shabana Azmi but is also considered to be a fashion icon among her followers.
Directed by Meghna Gulzar, Chhappak stars Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey, and is based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. While Deepika plays the role of Laxmi, Vikrant plays the real life role of Alok Dixit, lover of Laxmi Agarwal.
