CONFIRMED: Vicky Kaushal's 'BHOOT' to release on November 15

Vicky Kaushal and Karan Johar are all set to spook us with their new offering, Bhoot – Part One: The Haunted Ship.

Vicky Kaushal and Karan Johar are all set to spook us with their new offering, Bhoot – Part One: The Haunted Ship. Just as the name suggests, this is going to be a horror franchise and it will star Vicky in the lead role along with Bhumi Pednekar in a cameo. Helmed by the new comer Bhanu Pratap Singh, the movie is produced by Dharma Productions along with Shashank Khaitan who is the director of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.

The shooting of the movie has almost finished and project is ready to release on November 15. The movie has been inspired by a real life incident which happened in Mumbai. Karan deemed the appropriate title for the movie to be Bhoot and therefore he requested Ram Gopal Varma to give him the rights of the same. This is going to be the first horror movie franchise for Dharma.

Karan is producing many interesting projects along with prepping to direct his most ambitious film till date, Takht.
