Chunky Panday has always been known for his comedy roles in Bollywood films. Though he is not a leading star of Bollywood, the actor has made his special place in Bollywood with his character roles. Today, Chunky Panday turns 56 and on this special day, the ‘Housefull 4’ star is expected to celebrate his birthday with his daughters Ananya Panday, Rysa Panday and wife Bhavna Panday.
Chunky Panday’s elder daughter Ananya Panday is all set to make her debut with ‘Student Of The Year 2’ starring Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria. Even before her first film, Ananya has been getting much popularity for her beautiful looks and sensual social media pictures. But needless to say, she also shares a strong and pleasing relationship with her father.
Panday feels proud to be known as Ananya’s father now. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Chunky Panday told, “It feels ecstatic when you are known as your child’s father. It happened when I used to go to Ananya’s school and kids would say ‘Ananya’s father has come’. I want that to happen in real life and I am sure it will.”
Ananya is very much popular on social media. Her pictures with Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan and Sanjau Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor have always been setting the internet on fire. When asked about Ananya getting over exposed on social media, Chunky told the daily, “I think she understood that herself. She was always private on social media. And that was not my choice, but hers. In fact, I was so proud the day film got announced, she opened her Instagram and there were some 1 lakh followers in a couple of hours and she was so excited. She was over the moon as if it’s her golden jubilee film.”
Being a father, Chunky was in worry for Ananya’s career in films as she is only 19. However, after learning about Karan Johar being a mentor for her, Chunky is happy and excited. Chunky said, “I must have done some great karma for my daughter to have got Dharma (Productions). She’s in such great hands that it will be crazy for me to think about anything. I know she’s going to be handled by the best people.”
Happy Birthday, Chunky Panday!
