While Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s destination wedding was indeed an exotic affair with the picturesque Lake Como in the backdrop; the couple went all out splurging for their big day. From Rs 9 lakh lehenga, to Rs 20 lakh mangalsutra, Deepika’s ensemble was every bride-to-be’s dream. The latest addition to this extravaganza were the over the top expensive shoes.
We all know how fashionistas adore their wardrobe, so this time it had to be one of a kind as well. While the entire wedding was customised, the jootis donned by the couple were specially made by Sabyasachi in collaboration with footwear connoisseur Christian Louboutin.

Sabya took to his Instagram and shared the intricate creation made for the couple. The pairs seem to be classy yet comfortable which is all you need on your wedding day. For Ranveer’s footwear, the stylish designers opted for a pink base and intricate gold embroidery in floral prints, whereas for Miss P they went for the shade of tomato red with intricate gold detailing.
