Actor Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, who was last seen in Vasan Bala's 'Spotlight' in 'Ray', has recently said that he has made his peace about the fact that a small minority of people will always 'hate' him just because he's Anil Kapoor's son.
In his recent interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, the actor said that he doesn't get much hatred because people who follow his work have an idea of the kind of person that he is.
However, he added that despite his efforts to pave his own path in the film industry, by doing non-conformist films, there will always be people who will hate him.
He said that no matter how many films he does or what he achieves in life, there will be a small minority of people that will want to hate him because he's Anil Kapoor's son.
The actor further explained that he's made his peace with it because there's 'nothing' that he can do about it.
Interestingly, Harsh and Anil are expected to star together in the biopic of Indian shooter Abhinav Bindra.
Harsh Varrdhan made his debut with 'Mirzya', and followed it up with 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero'. In 2020, he appeared in a cameo in 'AK vs AK.'
Before his acting debut, Harsh worked as an assistant director on Anurag Kashyap's 2015 film 'Bombay Velvet.'
Apart from his latest role in 'Ray', Harsh was recently in the news after he ended up confirming his colleagues Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal's relationship. The two, however, haven't yet reacted to his confirmation and continue to maintain a silence on the rumours.
