Recently, Neetu Singh had posted a family pictures on Christmas. reason behind the christmas celebration was Jennifer always arrange a christmas party at home in which she arrange a chrishmas lunch for all the kids in the family and also gives gifts to children. But after a while, when the kids started growing, she stopped doing it. Dabboo (Randhir Kapoor), however, barges in on Christmas day, till date, asking for lunch and a present! He says, ‘I have been having Christmas lunch here all my childhood. You can’t keep me out now’! So the tradition continues.

From all of us @filmfare. Happy 79th birthday #shashikapoor. Wishing this most handsome man good health always. As a commercial actor his greatest gift to cinema were meaningful films as producer including Junoon, Kalyug, 36 chowringhee lane, Vijeta and the raunchy Utsav. All his movies produced remain personal favourites. They are evocative and masterfully directed be it Aparna Sen’s sensational debut as director in chowringhee…or shyam benegal’s superbly directed Kalyug. Every time I watch reruns of these films I’m hooked discovering nuance and subtext especially in Kalyug. Junoon is another favourite historical piece of mine, flawed but utterly beautiful. Almost in the league of Garm Hawa. Shashiji thank you for the movies, thank you for the handsome memories.
