New Delhi: Amitabh Bachchan’s 1973 blockbuster ‘Zanjeer,’ starring his wife Jaya Bachchan has clocked 43 years today and the fans of veteran actor are celebrating it on the social media.
His fans shared a collage of pictures from the movie on Big B’s Twitter handle, writing, “@SrBachchan #43YearsOfZanjeer Congratulations 43 Years film Zanjeer.”
His fans have flooded the social media with stills from the movie and one of his fans tweeted, “11 May 1973 #ZanjeerCompletes43Years … @SrBachchan with Sher Khan Pran ji.Beautiful friendship on n off screen…”
Yesterday, Big B’s hit ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ had clocked 39 years and celebrating it, one Twitter user wrote, “#39YearsofAmarAKbarAnthony that gave @SrBachchan his 1st Best Actor #FilmfareAward & an immortal character to us.”
‘Zanjeer’ which also starred actress Bindu, Pran and Om Prakash, was a super-hit collecting 60 million at the Box Office.
