Abhishek Bachchan, brother-in-law Nikhil Nanda and nephew Agastya Nanda reached Haridwar to immerse Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter Shweta Bachchan’s father-in-law businessman Rajan Nanda’s ashes yesterday. The businessman had passed away in Delhi on Sunday.
After learning about his samdhi’s demise, Amitabh Bachchan who was busy shooting in Bulgaria for his upcoming Bulgaria, had rushed back to India to be with the family. On Tuesday, the Bachchan, Kapoor and Nanda families gathered on Tuesday at the prayer meeting. Bollywood stars like Ridhima Kapoor Sahni, Neetu Singh, designer Sandeep Khosla, Randhir Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor were spotted at the prayer meet.
Rajan Nanda was the chairman and managing director of Escorts Limited. He was married to Raj Kapoor’s daughter elder daughter Ritu.
