From a model to a top Bollywood Actress to the Bachchan Bahu and to a hands-on mother, it has been a long and successful journey for our very own Beauty Queen, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan; but that moment when she was crowned as Miss World, 21 years ago with full pride and honour still lives fresh within all our hearts.
21 years, but Aishwarya is still the Miss World everyone cherishes and admires. With her flawless beauty, a genuine heart, legitimate ideology and an impressive personality, she stole all our hearts and surprisingly still manages to do so.
In the two decades that has passed since she won Miss World aged 21, Aishwarya has become a top Bollywood actress, an internationally-known brand ambassador for top brands and a regular and feted presence at the Cannes Film Festival. Along the way, she married actor Abhishek Bachchan and is now mother to four-year-old Aaradhya.
Her recent release ‘Jazbaa’ has made a movement in the B’town as we saw her on the big screen after 5 years. After appreciating her intense performance in Jazbaa, we look forward to her next, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Sarbjit which are slated to release in 2016.
