Tamil Nadu Uniformed Service Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) has released notification for recruitment of constables and other posts. The notification has been released on the official website of TNUSRB. Candidates can log on to tnusrb.tn.gov.in to apply for the recruitment. A total of 8826 vacancies are available for posts like jail warden, firemen and constables.
The registration will start from March 8, 2019 and close on April 8, 2019. For Constable Grade – II (Armed Force), there are 2465 posts. For Constable Grade II (Special Force), there are 5962 posts available. Jail Warden Grade II have 208 posts available while there are 191 posts available for fireman.
Those who have passed class 10 from a recognised university can apply for the recruitment. Age of candidates should be between 18 and 24. Selection will be made based on a Written Examination, followed by Physical Measurement Test, Endurance Test, Physical Efficiency Test, and Special marks wherever applicable. A fee of Rs.130 is application for general category candidates during registration. Candidates should check the official website for more information.
