RRB NTPC Admit Card 2019: RRB Guwahati chairman clears the air regarding its speculative dates

Questioning the reports of speculative dates for Railway Recruitment Board Non-Technical Popular Category examinations, RRB Guwahati chairman Chandrajit Saikia cleared the air regarding the exam dates schedule.

“The board will announce the notification regarding the examination soon on the official website. The examinations will be conducted on a period of 10 to 15 days,” Chandrajit Saikia told the Indian Express.com.

He further added that the board will first consult every zonal office before finalising the date of the NTPC exam.

The stage I comprise of a 100 marks examination consists three sections - General Awareness (40 marks) and 30 marks each for Mathematics and Reasoning. A candidate gets 90 minutes to solve the examination.

Stage II comprise of a computer based 90 minutes examination for solving 120 questions. The exam will have negative marking and one-third marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Only those who clear stage I examination can appear for the next stage.
