The PIL also claimed that about 5000 to 6000 students appeared on that particular shift on April 9 for the exam. Notably, only the papers of Gujarati version had faults while the English and Hindi version was correct. Hardik Shah, advocate of Pathak, has appealed that the due to this fault, common rank of Gujarati medium students has been affected and they will face problems to get good engineering colleges while applying for admission.
