Indian cricketers criticised and voiced their strong opinions on Pulwama terror attack, which killed 45 Indian soldier in attack sponsored by Pakistan-based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed. Many cricketers expressed their condolences to the martyred soldiers, and Gautam Gambhir even tweeted that India should fight with Pakistan and separatists on the battlefield.
Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi’s reaction on Gambhir’s tweet has also come out after a reporter asked him on Gambhir’s ‘battlefield’ remark. A video has surfaced on social media in which Afridi is questioned by a reporter what he would like to say about Gautam Gambhir’s remark. After listening the question, Afridi replies, “kya ho gaya usko” (what happened to him). Have a look at the video below.
It seems like either Afridi has no information about Gambhir’s tweet or he is trying to refrain from the issue. Gambhir and Afridi has got into many brawls in the past on the field. Gambhir has continued showing his support for the army. Here is the tweet which he had posted earlier.
