Yuzvendra Chahal bagged six wickets during 3rd ODI between India and Australia at Melbourne. Chahal gave 42 runs in his 10 overs spell to bag six wickets, which helped India to bowl out Aussies for 230 runs.

Interestingly, Ajit Agarkar also had the same figures at the same ground 15 years ago. In the year 2004, Agarkar took 6 wickets while giving away 42 runs in his 10-over spell. Agarkar had bowled 9.3 overs for his six-for in the 1st ODI of VB Series that was also played in Melbourne.

Moreover, both the bowlers conceded exactly same numbers of extras. Chahal bowled one wide ball and zero no balls, the same was delivered by Agarkar. Both the bowlers did not face a six from any batsmen during their 10 overs of bowling. Other than both the matches being scheduled at Melbourne, both the matches were also played in the month of January. The 2004 match was played on January 9, while the present match is being played today (January 18). India lost the Melbourne ODI in 2004 but a win today will give them another first, a maiden bilateral series win in Australia.
