Kings XI Punjab’s dramatic win against Delhi Capitals in IPL 2019 encounter surprised every cricket fan. Along with the 14-run victory, Punjab’s happiness became larger with Sam Curran’s hat-trick. The Englishman playing only his second IPL match became a hero of the match by claiming a hat-trick. After the match, he was seen doing dance with KXIP team owner and Bollywood actress Preity Zinta.
When Preity came to greet Sam after the victory, he signaled her to dance instead and both of them were seen doing ‘Bhangra’. Have a look at the video below.
At their home ground at Mohali, Punjab registered one of the best-ever comebacks in an IPL game. Sam Curran claimed a hat-trick by taking a wicket off the last ball of 18th over, and then in the first two balls of 20th over.
Delhi Capitals were going great in their chase of 167 runs, and were 144/3 at one point. DC needed just 23 runs from 21 balls and it seemed like a confirmed victory for the visitors. Just then followed the fall of wickets, and rest of the seven DC batsmen were dismissed in just 8 runs. DC ended with 152/10, losing the match by 14 runs.
