Western Railway Women’s Welfare Organisation (WRWWO) continues to cater to the welfare of railway employees and their families. Especially, during the Coronavirus Pandemic, WRWWO has extended their support in multiple ways. Continuing with their benevolent efforts, under the guidance of Tanuja Kansal – President of Western Railway Women’s Welfare Organisation (WRWWO) a vaccination camp has been organised for railway staff at Mumbai Central station.
According to Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, on 12th July, 2021 President WRWWO Tanuja Kansal inaugurated the vaccination camp at Mumbai Central station for staff. The 3-day vaccination camp has been specially organised for cleaning staff, sanitation staff, coolies, canteen staff and other station staff who had not received their vaccine. On this occasion, to create awareness regarding vaccination and the benefits of getting vaccinated, a Nukkad Natak was performed by Cultural staff. The conceptualisation of awareness through natak was done by Kansal herself.
