Pune’s residential real estate market offers affordable to mid-income to high-end luxury real estate options. Several micro-markets in the city, including the Hinjawadi region, have witnessed capital value appreciation in recent years. A healthy supply of residential options across categories and an established infrastructure makes the area a sought after investment destination. The past two years have shifted the focus of the market to build more work- and wellness-centered smart homes.
Ergonomically designed to cater to the evolved needs, Ashiana Malhar will be best suited for a hybrid workforce, which is working through offices and homes. Moreover, it offers open and green spaces that will help the residents to enjoy the proximity of nature. Additionally, the project enjoys superb connectivity with other prominent areas in Pune. While the Pune International Airport is just 45 minutes zip drive, the railway station is about 40 minutes drive.
