Ujjain :  Panic was created among the security guards of Mahakaleshwar Temple on Friday evening when a youngster pushed away the security guard and forcefully entered along with his family from the exit gate of the temple.

Security guard Anant Singh, from whom the young man misbehaved, immediately alerted his fellow security guard Ravindra who stopped the youth at the channel exit gate of main temple campus.

Youth was immediately handed over to police due to his suspicious activity. But, when name of the youth was asked from the police chowki in-charge, KK Sharma, he said they did not ask his name, but left him free after we got assured that he did not have the bad intention and did the act in haste of paying obeisance to Lord Mahakal.

Police interrogate him, but forget to ask his name

It raised questions on the police that whether interrogation was conducted or not or he was left free after he showed his clout to the policemen. However, these kinds of incidents are quiet common in the temple as generally devotees misbehaves with the security guards and threatens them for the dire consequences.

A security person told Free Press that there is an urgent need that entire security should be handover to police as people now and then misbehaves with us when we remind them to follow the rules.
