Mumbai: A former senior credit analyst with J P Morgan has alleged she was molested and harassed by three senior employees of the company. Despite various attempts to report the same, the firm took no action. When she approached her bosses, her services were terminated. Further, the woman has alleged, police refused to file an FIR, due to which she moved a court of law. The court has now sent summons to the three accused and ordered a probe.

The woman worked at JP Morgan’s Goregaon office, was asked to quit on June 8. She was not given any valid reason for her services being terminated, after she levelled allegations of sexual abuse against seniors, identified as Dhananjay Rudra, Richard Reuben and Harshad Ajgaonkar. The complainant said she was harassed on several occasions. In one instance, she was made to work late, when she was subjected to advances by the three.

Despite emailing her bosses about it, she received no response. When she approached the HR, she was handed a termination letter. Even, Bangur Nagar Police did not file an FIR. In the beginning, she had reported fraudulent activity in her department, but she was silenced. Sharing her ordeal, she said, “Morgan will pin those frauds to my name.”
