Thankfully, with a whole suite of mobile apps set to help you achieve your goals, there’s no reason you can’t eat healthier, read more books, lose that holiday weight, or follow a new passion, goal, or career. Let technology make your life easier; these apps will help you achieve your resolutions and goals

If you want to start eating healthy this year, you must first understand what you’re currently eating and how it’s impacting your body. You can record diet and exercise, track daily and monthly progress, see a breakdown of the day’s nutrition, and set measurable goals.

If you want to lose weight…Pact (Android & iOS)

They say you can tell what a man loves most by looking at where he spends his money. Pact (free) understands this fact of life, which is why the app uses money to motivate people to make smart and healthy decisions. The concept is simple: stick to your exercise plan and earn money, or deviate from your plan and pay other people money. If you can’t seem to motivate yourself, you may want to give this app a try.
