Three-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) are all set to begin their campaign in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL). In their first encounter, MI will take on Delhi Capitals (DC) in their den, Wankhede Stadium. But ahead of the game, MI owner Nita Ambani held a special ceremony at the ground to welcome the new members of the squad. MI shared a series of pictures on Twitter featuring Mrs Ambani, new players such as Yuvraj Singh, Barinder Sran and Anmol Singh and Zaheer Khan (Director of Cricket Operations).

Coming to 12th season of IPL, the team is all charged-up to try and win a record 4th title this year. MI have lifted the IPL title three-time (2013, 2015 and 2017). Last year, the squad failed to make it to the playoffs, to remain at the No 5 position on points table.
