Under Modi regime, exodus of the affluent, says Prakash Ambedkar

Mumbai: Slamming the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government as a regime under which the rich were finding it unsafe to stay in India, Prakash Ambedkar, president of the Bharip-Bahujan Mahasangh claimed the wealthy sections of society were leaving the country, it has affected on reducing the cost of rupee against dollar in international market. Ambedkar held the BJP and the RSS responsible for the declining economy of the nation.

The grandson of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar claimed there are 3.30 lakh families in the country, with Rs 50 crore in wealth, each. “They are feeling unsafe due to various policies brought in by the Modi government.  They feel they may be arrested at any time by the ED, income tax, Intelligence Bureau (IB) or other agencies and hence, they fly out of the country after selling their property,” claimed Ambedkar.
